The BC Arabic Legal Support Centre ("BCALSC") will provide "clients" (individuals who contact BCALSC through the website question form) with the most up-to-date readily available legal information. We rely on dependable online sources such as the BC Government, Legal Aid BC, and other BC societies. In order to ensure transparency and reliability, we always share the resources we depend on. If we do not have the answer to a question, we will direct the client to seek assistance from a legal professional or other community organizations.

The BCALSC is volunteer facilitated. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee a prompt response during weekends and holidays. We only provide support to residents of BC with legal topics pertaining to British Columbia. We may respond to out-of-province inquiries, but only to refer individuals to the appropriate supports in their communities. We will not respond to inquiries made by individuals residing outside Canada.

We do not provide legal advice or services. BCALSC is not responsible for any actions taken by clients following the provision of information.
